Below you will find some menus that we have done in the past:

Menu 1:

Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs: Chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms, all on a skewer.
Flavored Rice
Rolls with Butter

Tropical-Themed Salad: Mixed greens, coconut, pineapple, tomatoes, green onions and pecans.
This is served with bleu cheese, our famous ranch or raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Desserts: Chocolate Éclair; and Pineapple Upside-Down Cake. Another option could be our variety of cobblers.

Tea, Soda and Bottled Water will be available.

Cost: starting at $14 per person + tax.
*Add Shrimp Cocktail for $1.50 per person.

Menu 2:

Pot Roast with vegetables: Such as carrots, red potatoes, onions and celery.
Rolls with Butter

Salad: We would suggest a Greek Salad: feta cheese, artichoke hearts, red onion, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons.
If desired, we can substitute a different salad.

Desserts: Fresh Strawberries over Pound Cake with Whipped Cream; and Chocolate Brownies.

Tea, Soda and Bottled Water will be available.

Cost: starting at $14 per person + tax.

Prime Rib Dinner
Spinach and Cheese Dip
Salad Greens

Assorted Salad Bowls that everyone can choose from.

Salads:
We suggest the Greek Salad…great for people who love veggies.
Buffalo Chicken Salad…not too spicy, we use a mild wing sauce for this one.
Tropical Grilled Chicken Salad…we can vary and use grilled shrimp instead of chicken.
Our Famous Chicken Salad…provided in a big bowl from which you can take a scoop!

Fruit Tray: Fresh Pineapple, Grapes or Strawberries

Our Frittata: Like a quiche but with a thicker crust; Can be made with vegetables only such as mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, onion and peppers, or with some meats.
